This beautiful and charming residence lies in Marseille in an exposed location right by the border to Provence. It is directly by where the road to Camargue has been built, a lively city with many interesting highlights and completely differing quarters. Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde and the old harbour are to be found in the vicinity. This attractive building is situated in a peaceful area and in a new shopping quarter, Le Prado, and is located close to the city centre. The inviting beach and turquoise-blue sea is roughly around 100 m away. Various shopping venues, countless bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as many other entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity (500 m).

The beautiful residence offers a main building with a total of 92 rooms. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and lifts. Additionally, the amenities include a coin operated washing machine as well as an underground garage and car park (depending on availability).Tourist tax payable on site.
